The Drumlin Group, Inc. was established over thirty years ago as a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm specializing in providing personalized service to a wide range of private and public clients throughout Boston’s North Shore. Since its inception, the company has focused exclusively on commercial and industrial properties, and has established an extensive network of clients and contacts that value our expertise and experience in this realm.

Our strength is in our ability to establish long-term relationships with an extensive group of disparate clients, and to negotiate complicated real estate transactions for the mutual benefit of all parties involved. The firm’s principals, David Hark and Mark Shapiro each have over forty years of commercial real estate experience.
