David Hark Associates is a real estate consulting firm offering planning, advisory and analytical services to public and private sector clients.

The firm offers a diverse scope of services frequently encompassing both community planning and real estate research perspectives for clients who are involved in a myriad of real estate activities.
In general, the firm has advised individuals, real estate development firms, businesses, industries, and communities to plan, finance, construct, market and manage real estate developments. In addition, the firm provides banks, local governments, law firms, hospitals and others with Market Studies, Appraisals, Evaluations and other consulting services with regard to all types of real estate related problems.

The firm was founded in 1980 by David Hark and Andrew Rappoli who are Massachusetts State Certified General real estate appraisers.
